• Suburb selections and criteria you entered

When you subscribe to our newsletter (optional):

• General geographic region (not precise location)
• Pages viewed and time spent (via aggregated analytics)
• Referring URL

We do not collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act) such as health information, financial account details beyond what Stripe requires, or government identifiers.

• To generate and deliver your suburb ranking report
• To process your payment (via Stripe)
• To send your tax invoice by email
• To send market updates and newsletters (only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our Service through aggregated, anonymised usage data

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe processes payments under their own Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
